First, thanks for considering our product. We're sure you won't be disappointed. We provide a secure and private shopping experience, using 256-bit SSL encryption for all orders. You may purchase as a Guest or Register during your purchase. We do not store your credit card information.
How to Order
To order, visit the product page for the product you want to order, and click on the "Add to Cart" button. For bottles, you must select a bottle size first before adding to cart. Once you are ready to purchase, click on Checkout to order via our secure gateway.
We provide PayPal or direct ordering via Credit or Debit Card using a secure gateway. Using one method versus the other does not affect pricing in any way and is your personal choice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Diners, Elo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Getting Order Status
You will receive an e-mail once your order has shipped. You can also login to your My Account section. In your Account Dashboard, you will see a list of Recent Orders. Click on View Order to see more information.

Secure Shopping Guarantee
In order to protect your security, we have opted to have all payments processed via Secure Sites with either PayPal or through a Secure Checkout Gateway. CLn Skin Care is a verified seller on both services, meaning that we are a legitimate enterprise guaranteeing the quality of our products and your purchases. We also use maximum security 256-bit AES SSL encryption when logging in, passing information to PayPal or the Checkout Gateway and managing your account.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders over $45 ship free, via standard shipping, in the US. Otherwise, shipping is a low $5.95 flat rate anywhere in the US. Please allow an extra 3 days for delivery times for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. If you need help, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Please indicate the products your are interested in purchasing and your address. We will provide a quote and support services during our US business hours.

If, after using CLn® for 30 days, you're not 100% satisfied, we will refund of the full purchase price, including your original shipping and handling fees (if any).
International Orders Outside of United States
At this time, we only offer international shipping to Canada and Mexico. All prices listed are presented in US dollars. The delivery address must be a physical address and provided in English. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. CLnwash.com is not responsible for any custom fees, duties, taxes or brokerage fees involved in the shipping or receiving of your package. Expedited 2 Day Shipping
All expedited orders placed before 1 PM (CT) on business days Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped that day. Orders received after 1 PM CT will ship the next business day. If your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or postal holiday, it will ship the following business day.
The expedited shipping option is for the contiguous US. Orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO Boxes must be shipped via USPS and do not qualify for expedited shipping.
CLn Skin Care is not responsible for package delays due to weather-related conditions.
30-Day No Hassle Return
We're confident in the efficacy of our products, and we invite you to try CLn products for 30 days with no risk. If you're not 100% satisfied, simply contact our sales team at email@example.com within 30 days of arrival, and we'll send you a shipping return label. Once we receive the returned product, you will be refunded within 48 business hours, including your original shipping and handling fees (if any). We will send you an e-mail once the refund is issued. Processing time may vary based on PayPal or your credit card processor, and could be up to 3 days after the refund is issued from our website.
We are headquartered in Dallas, Texas so we need to charge tax to any orders shipped in Texas.
Pricing Errors and Omissions
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on our web site. When errors are discovered, we will correct them. If we discover a pricing error after your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled as a result of the error, your credit card will be refunded back the full amount of your order. You will be notified via email if your order has been canceled and be given the opportunity to place the order at the correct price. Please note that individual bank policies vary when the amount is credited back to your account. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Managing Your Account Information
Creating an Account
Creating an Account is easy. Go to the My Account section in the top right corner. Before purchasing you will enter your first/last name, and your e-mail address. Your e-mail address will be used for your login. You can also choose to register while you make your first purchase. After you go through your initial purchase, we will collect your billing and shipping address. We do not store your credit card information.
View Prior Order
Login to your My Account section using this link or the link on the upper portion of this page. From there you will see a list of Recent Orders. On the left menu from the My Account section, you can also click on My Orders to review a full list of past orders.
Resetting Your Password
Click on the Forgot Password link to retrieve your password. You will need to enter the e-mail address associated with your account.
Coupons and Promotional Codes

You may periodically receive a coupon or promotional code via our newsletter or some other means. To enter the code from the Shopping Cart view, enter the coupon code and click Apply Coupon in the middle column below the listing of products in your cart:

How do we protect your information?

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
